Malvern Community Kitchen

A project to provide high quality, freshly cooked early evening dinner twice per week for local families with children who are struggling with the cost of living crisis, on a referral basis from our local GPs and social prescribing partners.  We intend for this to be as much like ‘going out for dinner with the family’ as possible.  Once referred, families will be supported for at least 6 months. Initially the Community Kitchen will operate two evenings per week:  once at the Octagon Community Centre Poolbrook, and once at St Mary’s Pickersleigh. The project will seek to recruit volunteers and staff from within the community it seeks to serve.
